This one day intensive will help you and your partner feel prepared and confident about your upcoming birth and the early postpartum period. This class covers prenatal nutrition and exercise, preparing for birth, signs and stages of labor, the birth process, coping techniques, interventions, medicated vaginal birth, cesarean birth, newborn procedures and postpartum recovery. Open to families delivering with or without medication, in or out of the hospital.
Be sure to select the correct date for your desired class time. There will be time for lunch.
